  1. You Sleep Poorly
    You Probably Have WAY Too Much Cortisol. The stress hormone cortisol is supposed to drop at night, allowing your body to rest and recharge. When you suffer from insomnia, it's often because your cortisol levels are revved up at night as a result of too many "fight-or-flight" stress responses in your body.

    Cracked lips can signal a deficiency in B vitamins, especially B12, which can lead to illnesses like anemia. It could also indicate stress, whether mental, emotional, or physical.
  12. Your Skin Is Always Breaking Out
    Frequent outbreaks of acne, psoriasis, eczema, or other rashes may be a sign your health is off. Skin issues can indicate food allergies or that your nervous system is in a constant stress response.
